Vaction request form - with sender in the subject?

Currently the vacation request form is able to put the days requested off in
the subject line by entering this value, in the subject field: "&
DateValue( [StartDate] ) & " to " & DateValue( [EndDate] ). Is/how it
possible to also have the subject display the original senders username,
display name or e-mail address?

Update:
I can get it to work by adding [From] to the subject field, but only if I
use Outlook 2000 or greater to create the form, and only if I read it from
Outlook 2003 with the "reading pane" enabled.

Anyone know how I can get it to work older versions of Outlook and not have
to have the reading pane enabled?

I also had to add the From field to the form as well.
