Utility to read/write *.iso files

I have an iso file that I've tried to put on a CD. After all the files are
written, it hangs when trying to create the TOC. Is there a utility that I
can use to read the iso file - then put the enclosed files on my hard drive?
Thanks........

You need a program like Nero or Easy CD Creator (e.g., CDRom burning
software).
