Ust this patch immediately

I keep getting a message to my e-mail saying use this
patch immediately. It is an attachment from
(e-mail address removed). I don't think it's authentic so I
never open it. I am receiving this message now about four
to five times per day. How do I stop getting this message
in my inbox?

Yeah,
That email is a virus. Microsoft never sends emails like
that. If you'd rather not see it, you can define a rule
(Tools menu-Rules) that deletes that message when it
comes in. It will still come in but get deleted right
away. If you use something to control spam, it can also
take care of it for you.
