usrbridg.exe encountered a problem and needs to close

I have a problem with my laptop using Windows XP Home
Edition that comes on everytime I start the Windows.
I and I don't know how to eliminate it.
Could anybody help me please?

The error is the following:

"usrbridg.exe has encountered a problem and needs to
close.
Sorry for the inconvenience"

Error signature:
szappname: usrbridg.exe
szappver: 1.0.2.0
szmodver: 5.1.2600.1106
offset: 000155ab
