Using XP-OEM Product Key for XP-Full Install?

As I have misplaced my XP OEM cd, would it be possible to use a
friends XP Full cd and my own product key that came with my OEM XP cd
and manual?

No - the product keys are of a different class and cannot be used across
product types (OEM and Retail)
Contact the OEM for a replacement CD ROM

Unfortunately no, each CD type will only allow the keys
for that time, so you need an OEM CD to use an OEM key,
and full retail for full retail CD, etc.
