jack

current setup is verizon dsl modem with ethernet cable
going to microsoft wireless g router, ethernet cable from
wireless router going to main cpu.

second cpu has microsoft pci card.

verizon fios will be installed in a week. they say i have
to use their nonwireless routher (free) or buy the
wireless router for 70 bucks.

can i run an ethernet cable from the new fios routher to
the microsoft router and a ethernet cable from microsoft
routher to main cpu and still use the pci card for the
second cpu.

or can i run a ethernet cable from the fios router
straigth to the main cpu and second cable from the fios
router to the wireless router and still have file sharing
and printing abaility with the second cpu.

set up help appreciated.

might want to try posting to a ng specific to your o/s, requirement eg
networking
you might also want to be more specific as to exactly what hardware your
using
you mention two wireless reuters then talk about ethernet cables - somehow
the two dont quite gel -

I recently had FIOS installed and used my existing Linksys WRT54G
wireless router. All the installer did was plug in the the router and
I was up and running. I have had no problems, and find the connection
to be extremely fast.
