using the "save as" command for a jpg

I often get pictures I want to save to my "A" drive
floppy. I usually get JPG pictures and when I right click
on the picture and choose save as and pick out the A drive
it will only let me save as a BMP format, which I don't
want.... Help. How do I fix this so it will let me save as
a JPG?

Outlook 2000 can save only in BMP format.
