Using the Journal/timer

I'm working on time tracking projects and billing. I wanted to use the time
tracking features in Outlook...such as document, journal, etc.
However, I don't see anyway to change the 'contacts' under Tools/Options/
Contact or Journal Options. The only "contacts" that are available are in my
regular contact DB...and not the BCM database?... Is this possible...or is my
install just messed up, and I should only have on DB to begin with?

In the top part of that window, scroll down past the Office stuff and find
BCM and it's Account and Business Contact files. Click on them, and there is
your BCM contacts now available in the bottom part of the window-for better
or worse, entirely independant of Office Contacts you've been working on and
keeping up for years-no synching allowed. BCM Accounts can be linked to SBA
Customers, but Contacts have to input manually in SBA (thx).

Thanks Oggy...
A little more info on this, and how it helped me thru a different post
titled "Bacup DB and File, Business Database"...
Read the next to the last post concerning Outlook running in Active Sync in
Background. IF this occurs...then the BCM contacts are not in the list as
described in your solution. Your solution DOES work though.
Thanks to your pointer, I realized I could actually start the journal from
the contact in BCM, rather than 'linking' it further along in the process.
Thanks again..
