Using the DNSimport.vbs script

Has anyone ever successfully used the DNSimport.vbs script which comes with
the Windows 2000 Resourse Kit supplement? I've been trying to get it to
work, but keep getting a failure when the script attempts to get the DNS
server name...

I figured this script would come in handy in the event you DNS records were
ever blown away.

Thanks in advance,
Ben

Haven't tried that tool, but the DNSCMD tool works. Here's a nicer tool for
2000-2000 and/or 2003:

Dean Wells' DNSDump (there's an underscore at the end of the URL):

Ace...thanks for the link! Can't wait to try it...looks like a script...not
sure which type, however. Should I save it with a bat extension?

Thanks again,
Ben

The instructions and online help are at the link. It's a .cmd extension.
You'll like it.
