Using the Compact Framework with the core license in CE.NET 4.2

Is it possible to use the Compact Framework together with the new core
license? In the license documents it says that you are allowed to add CF to
your image so you would think that it is possible, right?

But, in our testing the CF programs only runs when you also add Pocket
Internet Explorer HTMLview and guess what - it is not allowed in the core
license!

So you can add CF to your image under the core license but it is useless!

Anyone tried this? It is easily tested with the LicenseTool 4.2...

Add MLANG (which is under the CORE license and a dependency of the browser
control)
