Using Sound Blaster Audigy Gamer

Is there any compatibility issue with today's newer video cards and
motherboards when combined with my now aged Creative Labs Sound
Blaster Audigy Gamer? The audio card works flawlessly, but I've begun
to wonder if it would hold back the performance of any of the new high-
end video cards on the market today.

Also, would anyone here know how well any of the Turtle Beach cards
perform in comparison to the Creative Labs sound cards? Are they any
better or equal? They're much lower in price, which makes them
tempting should I ever need to upgrade.

Your Audigy soundcard has NO effect on the speed of the other components in
your system.
