Trying to use a calling card with phone dialer. Setup
the calling card in Phone and Modem Options
And setup a long distance call in phone dialer (did not
precede it with a one) since the calling card rules will
supply that when the sequence gets that far.
Apparently the rules are never engaged. The dialer goes
directly to the line. The operator tells me I need a "1".
Expected the unknown area code to trigger the long
distance rules. Not so.
