using pen in powerpoint

For some reason, I can't use the pen feature in PowerPoint. I can on other
computers, but not on mine. I re-installed the entire Microsoft Office suite
and nothing changed.

Any ideas?

Click on Help, check for Updates
If that doesn't work, click on Help, Detect & Repair
