Using Outlook with "Guest" user account

Hi, I am using Windows XP Home edition and MS Office 2003 edition. My Outlook software works find with Limited User accounts (other users) but when I log-in using "Guest" account of Windows XP, then Outlook does'nt open. It gives error message to try agian or re-install it. I want to know whether I have to re-install the software - is this (not running with Guest account) normal or it is a bug. You need to rerun setup as an admin and ensure you allow use by all users.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
