Using Outlook 98 Address Book

I am trying to use the Address book from Outlook 98. It seems that the area
code is saved as part of the number within Outlooks address book. (pst File).
The imported Recipients fax number does not obey the Area Code Rules for the
Dialing Area.

No Microsoft Fax service will process dialing rules unless the phone number
to which you are sending the fax is in "international format." Details on
how to use international format to invoke dialing rules are available here:
