Using Outlook 2007 on two computers

My wife has a desktop running Vista Ultimate and has a Office 2007 standard
license and a laptop running XP and a Office 2007 standard license. Both
copies of Outlook poll the same e-mail account. Her frsutration is keeping
the address books the same etc. When she pops e-mail on one computer, it
doesn't show on the other, etc.

We have a home wireless network, is it possible to share out the desktop
with Vista Ultimate for the Outlook files and have the laptop use those as
well?

Well, she could set the account on each machine to leave copies of messages
on the server so that it can POP messages to each.
