I am running XP on 3 home networked computers. Whenever one user opens email
(we have 5 different mailboxes off the one isp account ) all the email gets
loaded onto that one computer and we are becoming confused and emails are not
being read because we have to go loooking on two other omputers to find our
email. How can we sort this out?

Hi Mark,

Your ISP should have supplied 5 different login names for each mailbox.
Allocate each computer (Outlook) a different login and 'reply' address. They
need to be different (unique to each person) between the 3 / (5)? accounts.
The POP3 and SMTP server names will be the same - just the logins will need
to be different.

I have a similar issue... I have 2 computers networked with one ISP. I have
established Outlook email on both with my same email address; but only
receive mail on one computer. POP3 etc are identical for each computer. How
can I get my email to go to both computers simutaneously?....appreciate the
assistance...BT
