Using MyDVD 8

MyDVD 8 burns my two hour Windows Movie Maker *.wmv movie onto a DVD.

However, on playback on the computer, the movie initially appears as a small
screen in a larger MyDVD window; you have to click the movie to enlarge it to
full size. Obviously, some MyDVD software has been burned onto the disc.

The DVD will not play on a standard non-computer DVD player for any length
of time. I wonder if the disc wll even play on a computer that does not have
the MyDVD software.

Does anybody know what is going on here? How do you get rid of the unwanted
MyDVD software in the burn?

MyDVD has an option to include their mini DVD player on the DVD when you
create it. The option can be disabled in the DVD burning wizard. It has been
my experience that the DVD created with the software on it doesn't like to
play in many DVD players.
