Using Loop Back Adapter And MSIE

Hi!!!

How can I tell to the Pocket Internet Explorer to use the loop back
adapter as a valid network adapter for an internet connection? It keeps
telling me that "cannot connect with current connection settings". Any
pointer is greately appreciated!!!
