Using IIS with XP Home Edition

Is this possible? IIS does not come with XP Home. Is
there a way I can add it in or otherwise start this
service?

Personal Web Server Is Not Included with Windows XP Home Edition

IIS is an exclusive component of XP Pro and cannot be installed
in XP Home Edition.
