Using Access 2000 in Tablet pc

Im getting a tablet pc soon. Im still using Windows 2000 on the desktop.
1. Can I move apps from Access 2000 to the tablet that is using XP Pro or
should i upgrade the OS and Office?
2. Will access work on a tablet?
