Using a projector with a remote

I am using Power Point 2003 with a computer projector and Windows XP. I
hooked up the remote control that came with the projector so I could page up
and down from the front of the room. Some presentations work, but others skip
through more than one slide at a time. How can I fix this? Thanks.

Hi Karen,

what are your settings under Set Up Slideshow? Do you timings to advance
manually?
