I have two users accessing the same database. Microsoft Access 2003.
The database it 2002 format. One user can see information on one
report but not the other. The other user CAN see the data the first
user COULD NOT see and CAN NOT see the data the other user COULD see. I
have never seen this. I checked the user permitions in the database
and the only user created is Admin. THere are two groups Admin and
Users, both have admin rights to all the tables, forms, reports,
etc....

Thanks in advance,

Erik

Not that I am aware of. I did not create the database. As far as I can
tell the database file it on one of the computers and the other
computer has a maped drive to the first one and both of them are
opening the same file. How would I verify if they had a split
database.

Thanks, Erik

When look at the tables. If there is a little arrow to the left of the
icon for the table then that means that the table is linked. A linked
table indicates that the tables are in one location and the mdb you are
looking at is in a different location - a split database.

It is a split database. But why do they not see the same data? they are
using the same front end.

Thanks, Erik
