User's last login

How could I find out last time a user logged in Active
Directory if auditing is not enable in the DC?
Hoping what I am asking makes sense.

You can query every domain controller for the user's last logon time since that value isn't replicated. You can get that
attribute easily through getuserinfo or secdata from www.joeware.net free win32 c++ tools.
