Windows 7 userinit.exe No Disk

The following message comes up:
"Their is no disk in the drive, Please insert a disk into drive"
\Device\Harddisk2\DR2

Dont have a 2nd HDD?
And problem seems to have started since keeping 2 USB Flash Drives connected?
Any quick fix?
Have looked at MS Tech Net but not much help!

Running Windows7 Pro.

Just started the pc without either the USB Flash Drives connected & all OK?
Wonder if thats the problem?

check the BIOS for "alternative" boot drives once it runs through the first list to boot from. If you know what I mean. :D
