UserControls

I have a UserControl which I added to the ToolBox then to the form in my
application (the UserControl is a project within my solution) in VB.Net 2003.
All was working fine then one day, the usercontrol wasn't shown on my form.
I know this is a problem with VB.Net 2003 that has a bug in it. However, my
usercontrol is no longer in the toolbox and when I try to add it back, it's
not listed amongst the tools to add. Any idea why my user control doesn't
show up in the list of controls that I can add to the toolbox?

No. Didn't do anything related to the userControl Code.
