user32.dll

On boot there is an error "user32.dll has been relocated in memory and some
other stuff and that i should get a new copy of the .dll from the vendor" .
Don't have a clue. Can someone point me. New to XP. Ver says XP [Version
5.1.2600]

Do a search in these newsgroups. This has been answered several times within
the last day.

Thank you. The 'fix' fixed it.

I am having same problem "dll user 32 dll was relocated in memory.
C:\windows\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupies an address range reserved for windows
system dll. What do I do?

Ok, I thought the link for the fix was referenced in one of the other
messages in this thread, but looking back I see it wasn't. However, one of
the messages referred the OP to search the newsgroup for recent posts
because this has been asked/answered many times in here lately. I see you
have found it. Just a suggestion, it's a good idea to search newsgroups for
similar issues before posting. Have fun.
