User Profile

We have just put a new drive in a computer and loaded it with XP Pro. The
problem is that we have two profiles showing up that should just be one.

If I go into Control Panel--System--Advanced and click user profile I have
two:

Phyllis.Administrator
Phyllis.PGregg

Phyllis is the name of the computer. Apparently, when the software was
loaded the Administrator user was only set up. When I set up PGregg it made
it as the second user. I thought the Administrator user and the first
administrative user were the same. Anyway is this a problem? And if so
what's the best way to correct it. Thanks in advance.

Not a problem.
Don't 'correct it'.

Is it possible that these two profiles are causing a trouble in Outlook with
the Norton AntiSpam Add-in which is causing mail not to send??

That would be more of a question for Symantec/Norton.
As it is more likely the problem lies with the Norton product itself - not
with having more than one profile.

(Although they may say the cause is that you have more than one profile - it
is FAR from unusual to have more than one profile on a machine.)
