User Profile Move

Upgrading domain from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 w/
Active Directory. Clients running Windows 2000
Professional logging into NT domain (local profiles).

Clients will be switch to logging into new domain. How can
I transfer the profiles over?

When upgrading,
the BEST way is to make new profiles.

what about all the user's data in the current profile?

Depends if you go from NT to Win20 with or without Active Directory, because
it is used in a different way, but else you can find a tool in the resource
kit to convert your
profiles, althoug i cannot get the name of the program to mind, i will
search..
