User Problem

Toolbars missing with my profile and I need to reset it so
that the user is using all default settings. This will fix
the problem because it is only associated with this user.
Other users are A OK.

Is there a way to reset the user preferences or whatever
it is called without deleting the user and recreating the
user name?
