User Display Name

I was taken a look at a new user recently added John Smith. Its displayed in
Active Directoty as John Smith even though the display name is listed as
Smith, John. How can I get the display name to show as Smith, John. The
email display name is already Smith, John.

You make that choice when you create the user, in the Full name field use
Smith, John.

DSA.MSC doesn't show display name by default --it shows full name. You
access full name by right-clicking on an object and choosing rename. When
you rename the full name a window appears with options for full name,
display name, et al.

You could just change the default view so that instead of showing full name,
it shows display name.

Not that it matters, but by default, I believe the full name is usually the
CN.
