User can't lot on to specific computer

I have a user that can't log on to a specific computer.
They can log on to a different computer on the Domain and other users can log onto this computer.
When this specific person tries to log on it runs through the policies, and downloads the profile, but then stops at a blank background with no Taskbar and no Icons. Just a blank screen with a cursor.

I've tried removing the policies and removing the profile but they still can't log on.

Actually, I think it's a problem with the profile.
I assigned this profile to another user and they have the same problem.

Any idea what in the profile could be causing this?
