User Accounts

I dont normally use different accounts to log into xp but since I installed
..NET framework off the MS website when i leave my comp for a bit it goes
back to the log in screen.

When I went to the User Accounts section in the Control Panel there were
three accounts Mine, Guest Account which was switched off and ASP.NET
Machine A Limited Account Password Protected. I have never noticed this
before. Is this something to do with the .NET Framework and is it safe to
delete it?
