I have one admin account (mine) & two limited accounts on my computer.
It seems that certain web sites won't allow a user to logon without admin
priveleges. I;m not sure why, but when they logon using my acct it works fine.
Is there a way for me to assign admin privileges to one of the users? (in
essence having two admins)

The limited user accounts run with less privileges for the web browser.
If the site wants you to be admin, they want to install something on
your computer. Do you really want them doing that, especially since the
absence of mentioning such a prompt means they are attempting to
covertly install the software to subvert your host.

Logins are handled by server-side scripts. They don't run on your host.
If they want you to be running the web browser with full privileges
(i.e., under an admin account) then it is NOT because you cannot login
but because they want to install something.
