user accounts

I have 2 teenage daughters and they each have separate user accounts on
our computer. I know they have been looking at things they shouldn't be
on our computer but I dont' know for sure which one is doing it. I
don't want to ask them for their passwords, so I was wondering is there
a way to get into their user accounts without them knowing.

Login under your name and go to:

My Computer then

C:\Documents and Settings\THEIR USER NAME HERE\Local Settings\History

Local Settings is a hidden folder by default so if it looks like it
isnt there go to "Tools" on the menu then "Folder Options". Then the
"View" tab and look on the list for "HIdden files and folders". Make
sure the box checked is "Show hidden files and folders".

If your girls arnt trying to coer their tracks all those bad places
should show up here.

You can also check C:\Documents and Settings\THEIR USER NAME
HERE\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

If they havent cleared these files you can tell some of what they have
been looking at.

Otherwise there is software which can spy on your kids for you.
