Is there anyway to copy user accounts from my existing
W2K Server to my new IBM x235 W2K Server being used as a
Terminal Server for our remote sites? This would save a
great deal of time of possible.

ALso, could I copy/use the logonscript.bat from my
existing W2K Server to my new W2K Server being used as a
Terminal Server?

Is the existing server a domain controller? If so, just make the terminal
server a member of the same domain and all TS users will be authenticated
against the original DC. No need to copy any accounts. You would just need to
create terminal service profiles for each account.

Yes, the existing server is a domain controller.
However, my new terminal server is already a separate
domain controller. Is there still a way to join the
existing domain without recreating the wheel?

thx for your quick reply!

What's running on your TS box now? Probably won't be a problem if it's a
fairly vanilla box - demote it using dcpromo and join the domain as a member
server. However, if your TS box is already a DC (in the same AD domain) you
have what you ask for already - best not to make a TS box a DC. Users
shouldn't be logging into a domain controller.
