User accounts in different languages--is it possible?

We're running WinXP Professional (US English version) with 3 different user
accounts, each of which speaks (natively) a different language.

Before I post questions about how to set up the menus and dialog boxes of
Internet Explorer, etc. in foreign languages, I need to confirm that it is
indeed possible to run WinXP so that each user will see his/her menus and
dialog boxes in his/her preferred langauge (e.g. User 1 wants English, User
2 wants French, and User 3 wants Spanish). It seems like the language
settings are global and apply to all users, but I'm not sure.

Hi,

The basic operating system language is global (applies to all users). The
best you will be able to do is install support for the other languages, but
this will not change everything, it will allow them to read pages and write
email in those languages.

The only way to get what you are proposing is to install three separate
installations of WinXP, one in each language. This would require a CD in
each language and accompanying Product Key.
