User Account Question

I created an Administrator account to logon Vista (Basic) as a
service. Is there any way to avoid that "user" icon from being
displayed as a login choice ("Switch Users" display)?

Thank you for this information. It sure seems like Microsoft would
have made this much easier than editing the registry.
