User Account Problems

I recently started having problems with a User Account in XP Home. The user
cannot access USER ACCOUNTS even though given SUPERVISOR status. Also, when
trying to use email, such as YAHOO, the USER cannot compose or enter data.
When I looked at the ABOUT IE menu in this USER, no version information was
listed. When I looked at the same screen in another user, this information
was present. What happend and how do I fix it? Does this have anything to
do with installing Norton Internet Security?
