user account major problem

I switched the adminastrator from one account to another and now I can not
get into that new user account and chang it back because I get blank script
errors and nothing shows up.So I cant change the settings back so I can
download anything or change anything.I have disabled IE script debugging and
It also wont let me do a system restore either.Do I have to do a system
recovery and lose everything ive downloaded in the past year?
 
Hi kwh3rd,

Believe it or not try slowly double clicking the User Accounts in Control
Panel (or is it fast click) I forget. You can get past the error this way.
Or highlight the icon and hit enter.
