User access to installed programs

I have a couple of programs that were installed under an ADMINSTRATOR user.
How do I make these programs available to other users on the same Local
Computer, e.g. the guest user?

Just copy the shortcuts or folders from:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Start Menu\Programs\

To:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\
