Use of line spacing and "can grow"

I am working with a memo field in a report. "can grow" is set to Yes. The
field displays fine and includes all of the text, as you would expect. When
I change the line spacing (from 0" to 0.025") the field size does not
increase to adjust for the extra line spacing. That is, the field is the
same size (as when the line spacing is set to 0") so the last line or two are
now missing.

Any simple thoughts/suggestions to overcome this?
