use mailto: address in FP 2000 to fill-in TO: field in email

I am working in FP 2000 and when we click on the mailto: link the resulting
email does not have the TO: field filled in with the mailto address.

How can we do this?

Did you put the address in the link??
You must add it in the email address box when you click the Email Address
button in the hyperlink dialog.
