Use ink whith standard PC

Can I use "INK" facility in word whith a standard PC and a Wacom tablet?

AFAIK, Ink is only included in the Tablet PC version of office, which only
runns on a Tablet PC.

I've been meaning to try it, because I do have a Wacom tablet, but I
haven't gotten a round tuit yet.
