usb2 drivers

Have loaded windows on a machine with usb2, however
windows installation cannot find drivers to set up my
usb. I'm wondering where usb2 drivers might be located
from microsofts website if the problem is that there are
only usb1 drivers on the version of windows xp that I am
using.

You need SP1 or better for USB 2.0

USB 2 drivers only appeared in XP at SP1. There can be a catch 22, in
that if they have been installed with USB 1.1 drivers, then Windows
Update and Sp1 do not see a need for USB 2.0 ones and do not offer them.
I suggest you go to

and use the link to get a post-SP1 set
