USB removable disk F not showing up with digital camera.

I have a new digital camera that connects with a USB port. When I plug it in
the action folder does not show up and when I manually click the removeable
disk F, nothing is in the folder. There are pictures on the camera and they
come up on other computers. I have installed and uninstalled the drive with
the disk, but nothing seems to work. I have gone through all the troubleshoot
possiblilities in help, and nothing will work. Can anyone help me?

I also have had the same problem. The only way I have been able to read my
camera, via USB, is to leave it plugged in then turn off your computer and
back on. Seems like it recognizes it at that point. Once you unplug your
camera you have to do the same routine to get it to recognize it again.
I am having the same problem with my CD-Rom drives. If anyone can help
resolve it would be greatly appreciated.
