Ok, so I got a new computer for christmas, and I also got a webcam. I
instaled Windows XP Home edition on my hard drive, but the USB's aern't
working. When I got to my Device manager the "Universal Serial Bus
Controllers " is not even there. I tried going into BIOS and formating them,
but I don't see where to do that. Please help me!
