I have a USB SoftK56 Modem attached to my computer, but it
is not currently working. While checking Device Manager,
I noticed a yellow exclamation point on the modem.
Checking the properties, it indicates that Windows was
unable to load driver (Code 31). Microsoft's article
822368 indentifies a "hotfix" to correct the problem, but
I must contact them for it. Does anyone know how to
correct this situation?
