USB Flash Drive Compadibility

Hey,
I bought a GE USB UltraDrive Flash Drive and the
directions just say plug it into the usb port and it will
pop up and work just like a floppy disk, but when I plug
it in, Windows XP recognizes it as a USB Flash Drive, but
it asks me for the drivers and it can't install it
itself, and it didn't come with any drivers to install.
I know it works because I plugged it in a Windows 2000
computer and it worked just fine. Have any of you had a
similar problem with any other usb devices and if so how
did you (or how can I) fix it?

Do the directions say it is XP compatible or just Windows 2000 compatible?
If there's a website mentioned in those directions, you might want to visit
the site and check for drivers and or whether or not they support the drive
in Windows XP.
