URLs Reappear in Start/Run

Jim Burns

I have two URLs that always auto-complete in Start/Run as soon as I
type "h" in the 'Open:' box - http://www.mednetlocator.com/ and
http://www15.pogo.com/index.jsp?sls=3&lkey=3f3105a2714b6b600a66fd370000283c.
I have tried the following:

Deleted all cookies, temporary Internet files, and cleared the
History.
Went into Start/Settings/Taskbar & Start Menu/Advanced and cleared
recent files.
Ran Spybot Search and Destroy and complete scan with Norton AntiVirus.
Searched Registry and all files for references to the above URLs.

Does anyone know why these keep reappearing?

Thanks,
Jim

Look these addresses up in this place in the registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer

Done by Start | Run | regedit | OK.

Navigate to this key | Select it | Edit | Find... | for Find What just type in a piece of the address like pogo or net | Find Next.

You should find a Key or Name value that has MRU in it. M(ost)R(ecently)U(sed). You have a MRU Key or Name that contains these web sites in the registry.
